Service availability

SMS verification AI generation customer accounts online CRM delivery and calendar booking are not connected in this version

No verification code is sent and no customer account or appointment is confirmed while these services are unavailable

Once live verification is available you can take a photo or select one from your device

Photo preparation takes place on your device and removes the original image metadata

A photo is sent for AI processing only when you request a design and agree to the photo notice

The AI provider retention details and processing locations must be disclosed here before live processing opens

AI concepts help explain renovation ideas and require site measurements feasibility checks and professional advice before construction

Private design access is linked to your verified account and company CRM access is limited to approved staff

If you request a call about a design we record its reference your priorities and budget with a follow up task for our team

Account access does not subscribe you to marketing

The SMS subscription is optional and unticked by default and can be changed in your account or by contacting our team

Essential secure cookies keep customer and staff sessions separate

Checklist drafts are saved on your device only when you select Save draft

A session flag prevents repeated reminders while you browse and contains no contact details or photos
